Problem
Hasçelik is a steel producer under the umbrella of Faydasıçok Holding. The company’s method of creating different brands for different needs brought with it many perceptual and operational problems. On the other hand, the brand needed a strategy that would carry its vision for the future.
Solution
First of all, we developed an effective solution for the brand family. All other brands created in the past with a single and strong Hasçelik strategy were eliminated by the management decision. We determined Hasçelik’s relationship with products, sub-brands, and the holding brand. We created the brand strategy for Hasçelik, which we refer to as “The Value Journey of Steel”. We renewed the visual identity of the brand.
Result
As a result, a strong Hasçelik brand emerged. The launch processes for the brand have started, and the project continues with work on the employer brand and culture.
