Problem

Neva is a brand created by Dilek Textile Company, operating in Turkey for more than 50 years. In a market where competition is very intense, the channel structure is also quite challenging. In a market where design is the most important feature for brands, Neva’s brand identity took an old-fashioned and cumbersome stance.

Solution

For Neva, we first conducted subconscious research using our Soulmate research model with young ladies. We shaped the brand strategy and other marketing strategies by synthesizing the results of the research with the market, competition, and internal analysis. Then, we provided the “Brand Management Consultancy” service to the brand for a long time. We created the collection names: Yakamoz, Mentol, Grizay, and Bitter.

Result

During the project, which lasted for about two years, the company focused on the Neva brand by discontinuing its other business operations. Neva brand has gained a brand new and timeless identity. At the end of the project, the brand’s penetration more than doubled and its endorsement increased by more than 30% annually.
