Problem

Halkbank is a huge family that employs hundreds or even thousands of people every year, and thousands of employees represent the brand. Both this reality and the changing expectations of employees revealed the need for Halkbank to manage its brand internally as well as externally.

Solution

We analyzed the current employee brand communication and culture for Halkbank. During this process, we first designed qualitative and quantitative research for candidates and employees. As a result of this research, we developed alternative EVP strategies for Halkbank. The chosen strategy formed the basis of 2022 employee brand communication.
